Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Social Media and HR Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both social media management and human resources. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, creativity, and a keen interest in HR processes. Knowledge of WordPress is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Create and manage company social media profiles across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop engaging content, including graphics, posts, and videos, to promote company products/services.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, ensuring engagement and fostering positive relationships.
  • Analyze social media performance and provide reports on key metrics to optimize strategies.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by helping with job postings, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist in various HR-related tasks as needed, such as performance tracking and policy updates.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
  • Creative and proactive with the ability to generate new ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices is a plus but not required.
