Job Description:
Upvave is offering an exciting 3-month internship for an HR Intern with strong social media skills. This can be a part-time internship role that allows flexibility with remote working based on availability. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. As an HR intern, you will get hands-on experience in recruitment processes and support our social media management, gaining exposure to both HR and digital marketing in a startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling and managing CRM (Jira, Discord etc)
  • Manage the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging posts to enhance the company’s online presence.
  • Support in developing employee engagement content and promoting company culture.
  • Track the performance of social media campaigns and assist with HR-related admin tasks.

Requirements:

  • A basic understanding of HR functions and social media management.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic to learn and grow within HR and social media.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
